Sessions take place in-person at our beautiful, bright therapy space at Lynwood House, Dundrum.
It may also possible to facilitate at-home music therapy sessions for anyone with accessibility issues (get in touch for more information).
Please note we are currently not accepting new referrals at present. Our books will re-open to new clients at the end of 2025 when Jessica returns to work following her maternity leave.
What to expect in a Music Therapy session.
Music Therapy sessions can involve active music-making, listening to music, or maybe even song-writing if you wish. Sessions are always led by the client so you decide how you would like to use the time. The therapist will always attune to your musical needs and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable.
Music Therapy Assessment
(Inclusive of 3 sessions, consultation and written report) - €240
Individual Music Therapy Session
(prices are inclusive of time allocated to clinical practice for each client outside of contact hours)
